Computer Help-Desk Support:

Love computers? Love helping people? Do you enjoy making someone’s day every day? We have a great opportunity for you to start your career in computers. We’re looking for someone who can help our clients with their computer questions and needs.

You would provide technical assistance to computer system users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person or via telephone. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.

Basic computer knowledge necessary. Training provided. Start your career in IT and earn valuable experience and industry certifications with Ignus.
